Many of our clients are terrified of being scammed online. And we are constantly asked our opinion on suspected sites and scams so here are some tips. There are a number of ways to stay safe.
1. Only deal with companies that are registered companies. Any decent company will be registered with Companies House. Companies house is the official government register of ALL UK companies. New Art Originals.com

2. Always call the company in question and ask for details. A simple phonecall can tell you a lot about an organisation.
3. Is the company registered for VAT. Again only a legitimate company will have a genuine VAT Number.
Ours is 906 1605 47. All genuine companies who have a turnover higher than the current threshhold MUST register
for VAT ( Value added Tax) Legitimate companies may also register voluntarily.

4. Always pay online with credit card through Paypal or another secure online system as you are protected
